Classes are £9 per person per class or £80 for 10 classes.

Home Studio:
Private: £40, or 4 for £150
Duet: £60, or 4 for £230
Online Classes:
Chair/Mat class: £9, or 10 for £80
Brode Sport Centre Classes:
Mat class: £12, or 10 for £100
All sessions and classes by appointment only; walk-ups are not accepted.
Participation subject to completion of medical questionnaire.
The Powerhouse operates a 24 hour cancellation policy: if you are unable to attend a pre-arranged session please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time, otherwise you will be charged for the session.
