Live Online Classes:

Wednesday: 16:00-16:45 Seated Pilates (all ability)

Home Studio (private sessions):

Private: £45, or 4 for £170

Duet: £60, or 4 for £230

Home Studio (group sessions):

£22 drop-in, or 5 classes for £95

Online:

£9 drop-in, or 5 classes for £40

All sessions and classes by appointment only; walk-ups are not accepted.

Participation subject to completion of medical questionnaire.

The Powerhouse operates a 24 hour cancellation policy: if you are unable to attend a pre-arranged session please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time, otherwise you will be charged for the session.
